02 What data we collect

On our waitlist page we collect only the following data:

• Email address — to notify you when the app launches
• Timestamp — time of sign-up (automatic)
• Source — where the sign-up came from (e.g. "landing-page")

No further personal data is collected. No tracking, no third-party cookies.

03 Purpose and legal basis

We process your email address solely to notify you of the Lyo app launch.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — your explicit consent, given by checking the consent box and submitting the form.

04 Storage and processors

Your data is stored in:

• Google Sheets (Google LLC, USA) — within our Google Workspace. Google processes data under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Google Privacy Policy

The website is hosted by:

• Netlify, Inc. (USA) — web hosting. Netlify Privacy Policy

Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

05 Retention period

We store your email address until the Lyo app launches or until you withdraw your consent. After launch, waitlist data is deleted within 30 days unless you become an active app user.

06 Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of your data (Art. 15)
• Rectification — correct inaccurate data (Art. 16)
• Erasure — "right to be forgotten" (Art. 17)
• Restriction — restrict processing (Art. 18)
• Objection — object to processing (Art. 21)
• Portability — receive your data in machine-readable format (Art. 20)
• Withdrawal — withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7(3))

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Bavaria, this is the Bayerischer Landesbeauftragter für den Datenschutz (BayLfD).

07 Cookies & Tracking

This website uses no cookies and no tracking tools (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no similar services). No user profiles are created.
